ID MAGAZINE - FIORUCCI RETURNS TO ARTISTIC COLLABORATION WITH "ENDLESS" HOSTED BY D'STASSI ART

Fiorucci is a brand that since its origins has always had at heart the emerging and contemporary art, collaborating with artists such as Keith Haring, Andy Warhol and many others, often before they became prominent names in the international cultural scene. In doing so, Fiorucci never chose an approach that included the appropriation of other people's styles or the creation of unilateral collaborations. On the contrary, the brand has in most cases left complete freedom of creative expression to the artist. This decision has often translated into actual physical occupations of the space of the Milanese flagship store, halfway between a sales point and a performance venue.

Now that the nerve center of Fiorucci has moved to London , here is the opportunity to rediscover the creative opportunities of such theatrical gestures. The first, after years of silence, will be represented by the joint work with ENDLESS , graffiti artist rooted in London, a city that for him is a blank canvas to exploit his creative needs. Famous now internationally, with illustrations exhibited in various exhibitions and many participations in live painting events behind him, ENDLESS was chosen by D'Stassi Art to occupy the English capital's store.

The event will take place on October 3rd and in the store it will be available to buy the ENDLESS x Fiorucci T-shirt capsule collection, as well as 15 exclusive skateboards.Obviously there will be a live painting, but this time the canvas will be a denim jacket, which will then be auctioned and whose profits will be given to charity. DJing will be Fin Munro Kemp and other graffiti will be on display (which we show below, although we are sure that seeing them live is another matter entirely) with subjects Gigi Hadid, Justin Bieber, Winnie Harlow and Georgia May Jagger portraits as if they were saints, madonnas and celebrities such as they are, all infused in the typical pop essence of Fiorucci.
